"Every Breath You Take" is a song written by Sting and originally performed by The Police. It was released on their 1983 album Synchronicity. The song beknownst to the fans is about Stings' marriage ending up in a divorce, this song was his way of telling his former wife I will always watch you in an ominous manner; stalking yet everyone always thinks of it as a love song.
